Annual Public Notice of Career and Technical Education Opportunities for Haleyville City Schools

The Haleyville Center of Technology and Haleyville City Schools offer career and technical education programs to all students in our school district. Programs include Automotive Technology, Building Construction, Drafting, Family and Consumer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, Health Science, Welding, and Cooperative Education.  These programs are designed to prepare youth for a broad range of employment and further education and are offered under the guidance of certified teachers. All career and technical education programs follow the system’s policies of nondiscrimination and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, creed, marital status, age or disability in its employment practices, programs, activities and provides equal access to BoyScouts and other designated youth groups as required by the Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, Section 504, and ADA regulations. In addition, arrangements can be made to ensure that the lack of English language proficiency is not a barrier to admission or participation.
